The Crowded Room is an upcoming psychological thriller series, created by Akiva Goldman. This series is inspired by the 1981 novel “The Mind of Billy Milligan” by Daniel Keyes. Tom Holland, Emmy Rossum and Amanda Seyfried are in the lead supported by the cast including Sash Lane, Lior Raz, Will Chase, Henry Eikenberry and Laila Robins.
The series turned around a character named Danny Sullivan (Holland) who was arrested for involving in a New York City shooting in 1979. Danny narrates his life through a series of interviews during interrogation with interrogator Rya Goodwin (Seyfried), he narrates to Rya, about his mysterious past which led him to this incident. When Denny rethinks about his life, he reckons some important moments which lead him to uncover a life-changing realization of his life.
